FOGGING APPLICATIONS
HIGH-PRESSURE FOGGING, AN ECOLOGICAL AND NATURAL SOLUTION
Thanks to the use of high-quality high-pressure motors and pumps, our energy consumption is very low. Likewise, the major advantage of high-pressure misting, at around 70 bar, is that it consumes a minimal quantity of water per m² treated.
HIGH-PERFORMANCE FOGGING APPLICATIONS FOR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
BRUMSTYL’s Research and Development is growing stronger all the time. Indeed, the specific demands of applications are becoming more complex and even more exciting to design. For 16 years now, our workshops have been producing high-pressure misters dedicated to air treatment as well as thermal and humidity regulation.
Moreover, the principle of misting is to lower the temperature by capturing calories from the ambient air. As a result, it’s easy to imagine all the possibilities of misting for cooling.
Another feature of the water cloud is that it encapsulates airborne particles. It weighs them down to the point of pressing them to the ground. This natural property of high-pressure misting solves dust problems that are often very costly to solve with traditional air treatment.
In addition, these outdoor applications include odor control. The above air treatment principle also applies to odor treatment. The process is used to isolate wastewater treatment plants, open-air dumps or waste recycling sites. In agriculture, farmers use foggers in piggeries, stables and poultry pens. They use ventilated misters or misting ramps fixed to the structures of livestock buildings.
Finally, the principle of diffusing micron-sized water droplets into the air is ideally suited to air treatment.
