HIGH PRESSURE FOGGING OF EGGS
BRUMSTYL FOGGERS FOR THE FOOD INDUSTRY
Humidification of eggs is a necessity in hatcheries and incubators for laying hens because the hygrometry must be carefully managed.
Our high pressure misting system allows to obtain the desired hygrometry without wetting the eggs and it also allows to lower the temperature of the area.
It is important to correctly regulate the humidity between 70 and 80% during storage before hatching, during the growth phase, at hatching and during the first few days after hatching to prevent the chicks from dehydrating.
To acquire a BRUMSTYL fogging system is :
- lowering the temperature in the incubators
- regulate the hygrometry
- increase the quality of the eggs
- limit losses at all stages of the production cycle
